‘What marks Jayanta Banerjee’s
paintings out is the use of vibrant colors pervading every space on his
canvas. One of his works shows an old man who is about to die. The psyche
of the person is shown through his expression. The bright background
indicates his past life. Some of his works done with marker pen are eye
